Jamaica is golden at PanAm Juniors

With three gold medals in hand, Jamaica is making quite the stir at the Pan American Junior Badminton championships. Ten year old Sean Wilson was the pick of the lot after featuring in two such wins. The first medal coming from the defeat of American Timothy Lam for the Boy’s Under 11 singles title 21-16, 21-17 . Sean and his younger brother Shane went on to capture the Boy’s Under 11 doubles crown, defeating Guatemala’s Elmer Tello and Jorge Saucedo 21-9, 21-7. Read more here.
