It’s a huge first for the tiny island nation of Montserrat as the 24 year old Lionel Baker made history by being the first citizen of the country to debut for the West Indies. Baker made the most of his debut by grabbing 3/27 in his opening spell. Even though the West Indies would eventually go down by four wickets in the match, Baker was quoted as saying:
"It was a very proud moment for me when I put on the shirt for the first time and being the first player from my country made it quite special. I just knew I had to go out and do the job to the best of my ability"
