Nivea Smith lands bronze for Bahamas

Nivea Smith lands bronze behind to be Bahamas only medal winner at the recently held 5th IAAF World Junior Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.  In a time of 23.69 sec, though not her personal best it was good enough for a medal and her fastest time at the meet.

Bahamas was one of 5 Caribbean countries to have medaled at the event.
